SSC Exam Updates: New Dates For SSC CGL, CHSL, JE, CPO & Other Exams Announced By The Staff Selection Commission – Check Details Now

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is the largest recruitment body in terms of appointments made by any recruitment body in various Central Government departments every year. Due to the current COVID 19 Crisis, most of the exams which were scheduled to be conducted by the commission were postponed. However, as now the Government has given relaxation in many activities across the country, the commission has also released the new dates for various exams. Exam wise details of new dates are as under –





SSC CHSL 2019: Combined Higher Level Exam is conducted every year by the Commission for recruitment to various LDC, DEO, PA , SA Posts. Tier I Exam of SSC CHSL 2019 for the left over candidates is now scheduled to be conducted from 17.08.2020 to 21.08.2020 and from 24.08.2020 and 27.08.2020.

SSC JE Exam 2019: Junior Engineers Exam is conducted every year by the SSC to recruit Junior Engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Quantity Surveying and Contracts) in various Central Government Departments. Paper I Exam of SSC JE 2019 is scheduled to be conducted from 01.09.2020-04.09.2020.

SSC Stenographers Exam 2019: SSC Stenographers exam is conducted by the SSC to recruit Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ in various Departments of Government of India. Written Exam for Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination 2019 is scheduled to be conducted from 10.09.2020 to 12.09.2020.

SSC CPO: SSC CPO Exam is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission for recruitment to the posts of Sub Inspectors and Assistant Sub Inspectors in various Central Armed Police Forces and Delhi Police. Paper I Exam of SSC CPO Exam 2020 is scheduled to be conducted from 29.09.2020 to 01.10.2020 and on 05.10.2020.

SSC CGL: Combined Graduate Level is the top most exam conducted by the Staff Selection Commission which is conducted every year to recruitment Inspectors in Income Tax, Central Excise, SI in CBI, AAOs in CAG & Various Other Top Positions. Tier II Exam of SSC CGL 2019 is scheduled to be conducted from 14.10.2020 to 17.10.2020.

Other Exams: Other than above, SSC Selection Post Examination 2020- Phase VIII Exam is scheduled to be conducted from 07.09.2020-09.09.2020 and SSC Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak Examination (PaperI)-2020 will be conducted on 6th October 2020.

UPSC Revised Exam Calendar 2020 Released By The Union Public Service Commission – Check New Dates For Civil Services, EPFO EO / AO, CAPF, NDA, CDS & Other Exams

The  Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)  has conducted a special meeting today i.e. on 5th June 2020 to review the situation of Exams after COVID-19 Lockdown and progressive relaxation being announced by the Centra Government and Various States.
